Listed below is the policy for Shipping, Returns, Cancellations and Refunds. Kalavithi reserves the right to make changes to this policy from time to time.

Shipping & Receipt of Shipment:

Kalavithi is committed to give you excellent end to end shopping experience, even after you have finished shopping. We make sure your object of desire reaches you in perfect condition, ready to be displayed. Our packaging and logistics partners share this commitment with us.

We spend time in choosing the best frame for each price of art, and also wait for the best suitable frame to be available.

Our packaging is customized for each piece, and hence requires time to be crafted. All our packaging is eco-friendly, and is completely bio-degradable.

Due to this, all shipments will take upto 4 weeks to be delivered.

When you receive the package, please make sure there is no external damage to the package. In case you receive the package damaged, do not accept delivery of the package. Please inform Kalavithi immediately.

Please retain the original packaging and invoices, in case you need to return the package.

Kalavithi holds its Patrons and Artists in highest regard, and we want to become the preferred bond between the two. We will try to bring the best folk art to our Patrons, and gift you an experience to cherish and share. In the unlikely case that you feel that you would not like to go ahead with an order, we respect your decision. You can cancel the order as per the below conditions :

  1. You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order. Please quote the order number when you are placing the cancellation request.
  2. Express Orders are not cancellable

Refund on Cancellation :

  1. Refunds will be done within 10 days of cancellation request
  2. Refund mode - Refund will be made in the same mode as the payment

Returns Procedure :

  1. Replacement will be provided in case of Wrong products or Damaged Products being delivered. Shipping Cost for Replacement product will be paid by Kalavithi.
  2. Wrong Product: Correct product, as per the original order will be shipped after Kalavithi has received the returned product.
  3. Damaged Product: Patrons to appreciate that each piece of Art is unique, and the same cannot be made available again. Patrons will be given a credit of Kalavithi points, which they can use to choose another piece of art, and make a fresh purchase. The credit will be made available when Kalavithi receives the damaged product.

Replacement Procedure :

  1. Check the product specification sent with the package.
  2. Open the package in front of the courier bearer.
  3. Identify if the product is damaged or wrong product.
  4. Send a picture of the product on Kalavithi Whatsapp number (Whatsapp Number +91 9810736474) and mail the image to Kalavithi Care id (contactus@kalavithi.com) immediately
  5. Call up Kalavithi helpline (Phone number goes here) immediately and register the return
  6. Wrong Product : fill out the return form with the product number which you had ordered and which you have received.
  7. Damaged Product : Fill out the return form, with description of the kind of damage on the product
