Click on 'Login' link, and press the 'Become A Member' button. You will need to fill in your details.
b. Is my personal information safe with Kalavithi?
Kalavithi does not share any client data with any persons or companies outside the organization. Your data is perfectly safe with us.
a. How can I view the catalog?
- Left vertical menu on homepage lists the disciplines. You can click on any of them to view the products in that discipline
- Top horizontal menu 'Disciplines' allows you to select any discipline and catalog will be displayed
- If you want to search a particular product, by topic, or discipline, or keyword, enter the keyword in the Search bar and click on the Search icon.
b. Where can I view the descriptions of the paintings?
In the catalog, click on painting of your choice to open the details page. Below the image of the painting, you will be able to view descriptions and product specifications.
c. What is the meaning of SKU? Is it important for me?
SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) is a combination of letters and numbers. It is the unique identifier we have to identify each product in the catalog. You will need the SKU number in all communications with Kalavithi after placing the order.
a. How can I buy a product?
When you want to buy a product, you need to press the 'Add to Cart' button to add it to your shopping cart. You can add multiple products to your shopping cart. After you have filled your shopping cart, click on the 'Shopping Cart' link and complete the payment process
b. Can I remove any product in the Shopping Cart?
Yes, you can. Go to the Shopping Cart, click on the check box to the left of the product details, of the item that you want to remove from Shopping Cart. Press the 'Update Shopping Cart' button at the bottom of the shopping cart list.
c. I have added some items to the Shopping Cart. I want to add some more. How can I do it?
If you are a registered user, items in Shopping Cart are saved for you, once you put them in. If you are in the Shopping Cart, press the 'Continue Shopping' button to go back to Catalog.
If you have logged out after filling your Shopping Cart, and the items in your shopping cart have not been purchased already, they will be shown when you log in next time. If purchased, you will get the 'Out of Stock' message in your shopping cart.
Shipping and Payment
a. How do I pay ?
Once you have filled the Shopping Cart, you can go for payment using 'Checkout' button. You need to read the Terms and Conditions carefully before agreeing to pay. Our Terms and Conditions have clauses related to the web site usage, refunds, cancellations, shipping, returns, and other scenarios, and it is imperative for you to be aware of these, to avoid any future litigation.
b. Is it safe to share my credit card or bank account information ?
Yes. Our payment gateways are perfectly secure and we do not share any customer information with any outside parties.
c. My payment transaction has been completed, but my order shows Payment Pending. What should I do?
Please send the order details to email@example.com. You can also call us at +91-9810736474, with the details of the order. Our team will sort out any issues for you.
d. Do you have Cash on Delivery ?
We do not have Cash on Delivery option.
e. How much time it takes to deliver my shipment?
All shipments within India take at least 4 weeks, and out of India take at least 8 weeks to be delivered. This is because our framing and packaging is highly customized for each product.
f. I am located outside India. How can get my order shipped ?
We would be happy to deliver your order outside India. The shipping charges will be added as per the location. Please write to us with product(s) SKU, your shipping address at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive instructions to complete the payment and estimated shipping time. Once you have completed the payment, the order processing will be started.
